Construction Resources Group is a Full-Service General Contractor servicing the Kansas City metropolitan area. We provide general contracting and property services to various commercial and residential properties. We are looking to expand further into commercial construction and specifically commercial tenant finishes, commercial remodels, and new construction. 

Compensation:

$50,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Locating, developing, and maintaining new and existing sales channels
  • Development and coordination of marketing strategies
  • Applies knowledge of the field and products to match the needs of clients
  • Gather competitive market and pricing information
  • Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients
  • Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares contracts and submits orders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years relative experience
  • Commercial construction sales experience
  • Commercial construction knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations
