The primary duties of the Stormwater Construction Manager are to technically and administratively represent a project owner throughout construction of public stormwater projects. Responsibilities include coordination with design team members and other project team members and perform as a point person for construction contract oversight and construction administration duties. This person will manage the construction contracts between General Contractors and the Owner of public stormwater infrastructure, including monitoring/evaluating processes, leading construction document management and expediting the construction process (i.e. change orders, RFIs, Field Orders, pay requests, project closeouts etc.), and facilitating interaction between design/construction teams, and between construction and BMP certification staff. The position requires experience with public contracts, familiarity with codes/laws governing construction, and strong experience in construction management.
