Our services include program management, litigation consulting, project management, property development, design consulting, and quality control.

We are currently seeking a full-time Waterproofing, Roofing, & Building Envelope Consultant to join our company. This individual may choose to work from our Los Angeles or Honolulu office but will also be required to work from job sites and sometimes complete 1-3 day trips to service out-of-town projects. Work hours and locations will vary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for roofing and waterproofing consultation, design and forensic assignments across the Western US.
  • Represent the owners of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with a team of outside engineering consultants and/or contractors to achieve the owner's approved project scope.
  • Develop strategic sequencing, detailed milestone schedules, project-level cost tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Responsible for project management, observation, and reporting on the following:Roofing & Waterproofing Projects,Concrete Spalling,Sealants & Coatings,Stucco Repair,Window Assemblies,Below Grade Waterproofing, andDeck Coatings.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in construction inspection, architecture, or engineering.
  • Must have good working knowledge of local building Codes & Ordinances.
  • Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional self-discipline.
  • Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
  • AWCI, RCI, ICRI, or ACI certifications are preferred.
  • Previous experience as a building inspector is preferred.
