eCommerce Client Services is a Global team, providing 24 hours - 6 day a week client service to internal and external users executing business, or accessing pre and post trade operational applications.

Products and Locations
Product lines supported are Fixed Income, Listed Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Money Markets. This role will have an emphasis on Foreign Exchange, however eCS operates as a cross asset team and may require support of other asset classes. Business lines are currently supported from Birmingham, London, New York, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Singapore, Manila, Sydney and Bangalore.
You should possess knowledge of Foreign Exchange and electronic trading. You will develop expert knowledge of Autobahn FX Deutsche Bank's proprietary electronic platforms and Algo offering. In addition, you will be required to support Algo trading on multiple 3rd party platforms via our API infrastructure.
A key component to this role will be acting as a transition manager; liaising with Sales, Client Onboarding, Sales Support and other internal teams to support end to end onboarding and enablement of new e clients. You are expected to monitor alerts and manage risk issues for electronic and algo trading. You will also be responsible for demonstrating Autobahn trading systems to clients internally and externally.
The role would report into the Global FX eCS Head based in NY.
Primary contact for NY e client support queries and Algo clients
Client relationship management
Proactively monitor price, trade and order flow both internally and externally
Risk Management - Outage management for multiple trading systems
Facilitate internal and external client requests re trade/order status and cancellations
MIS, End of Day reporting
Client functionality training
BaFin and MIFID Principal Algo monitoring and reporting
Management of Internal and external user entitlements, access and recertification
UAT testing and management of new product roll outs
Stakeholder management across asset classes and regions
Previous experience of working in eCommerce
Proven experience working in Financial Markets. Specifically in Foreign Exchange
Prior experience supporting Algorithmic Trading
Must have Direct Customer support / Client Service experience
Strong and effective communications skills
Ability to multi-task and keep clear, accurate status reports
Previous experience of working in a high volume environment
Will be expected to develop credibility and a good reputation and demonstrate integrity with clients and colleagues
Strong team player
Takes accountability for own actions and seeks aide from management when appropriate
