The Manager, Construction Services administers the regional construction department which includes coordinators and project managers that report directly to the Construction Services Manager. . Provides professional services in managing all capital expenditures involved in the planning, design, development construction, alteration, refurbishment and equipment installation for BayCare system-wide non-threshold capital projects. Oversees all aspects of the project budget, project schedule and code and regulatory requirements managed by the department. Must have the knowledge and ability to administer contracts, perform construction cost estimating, project scheduling and possesses the knowledge of construction means and methods.
