The Autodesk SME (Subject Matter Expert) is responsible for organizing and presenting technical and industry content at customer facing product seminars and meetings which are intended to drive revenue through sales. The SME must possess the ability to present Autodesks Construction, Structure, Collaboration and Data Management solutions to architecture, engineering and construction professionals working in both horizontal and vertical construction industries. The SME will perform detailed presentations of Autodesk products in technical, pre-sales environments to audiences both small and large while maintaining an environment of high energy, enthusiasm and professionalism. The SME is expected to use their industry knowledge and deep understanding of competitive solutions to articulate how Autodesk compares to the competition. The SME thoroughly understands the capabilities of the Autodesk solutions and the business benefits that customers can realize by implementing those solutions Minimum Qualifications
University Degree in Architecture, Construction or related Discipline
5-10 years in applied domain experience (industry experience)
Technical Experience in using and applying Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, Map 3D)
3-5 years technical sales experience
Technical Experience in using and applying Autodesk construction solutions (Autodesk BIM360)
Technical Experience in using construction solutions (Bluebeam, Procore, Plangrid)
