What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.

Oversee essential project and divisional duties including:

Driving our Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety cultureOwning the P & L of one or many complex construction projectsLeading and developing your teamFostering customer relationshipsFacilitating project planningDriving a project through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle

Who you are:

We are pursuing experienced professionals with the following qualifications:

10+ years of relevant work experienceBachelor s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent construction/Union trade backgroundProficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting cost, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationshipsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProblem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to prioritize and manage time for yourself and others
