Operating Equipment:
* Operates 25 ton boom truck and fork trucks under general supervision
* Insure equipment is maintained and repaired as needed (maintaining records)
* Inspect equipment for safety issues daily
* Assess operability and maintenance issues along with identifying malfunctions or inoperable parts
* Complete job tickets, service summaries, quality reports, time reporting, and all other required paperwork
* Lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects within the directed location at construction sites and industrial facilities
* Follow proper procedures for placing blocks and outriggers to prevent damage to surrounding equipment and buildings and to prevent capsizing when lifting loads
* Work within the expected precise limits and standards of accuracy

* Deliver materials and equipment to and from job sites
* Operate all company vehicles in accordance with local laws/regulations in a safe and courteous manner
* Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management
* Keep assigned vehicles clean and orderly
* Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules
* Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately
* Drive vehicle to work sites

* Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program
* Attend weekly safety meetings
* Work in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself or endanger the well-being of others
Cooperate with Safety personnel, supervisors, and managers to ensure proper procedures are carried out according to the Company's Safety policies.

Education and/or Experience:
* High school diploma/GED preferred
* 5+ years equipment operating experience required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (REQUIRED):

  • Current driver's license required with no current restrictions
  • Commercial driver's license CDL Class A
  • NCCCO Certification - Fixed Cab
